Development layouts for Epstein's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this recent document disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a legend detailing various sections of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as plans for marina coverings.
Additional documentation made public as part of the ongoing congressional process.
